Starting at the top is a day and night weather icon. (shows sun during day and moon at night) On either side is the current temperature and humidity. Just below is the text version of the current conditions. In the center is a large 12/24 hour digital display with seconds and am/pm in 12 hour mode only. Just below is the day and month/date which switches to date/month in 24h mode. At the bottom is the step count and heart rate with battery level just below them. Battery level has low battery alert below 8%. CAUTION: Will not work on some older Wear OS watches.
