why is it that I keep being charged a $1.99 $4.99 2.99 when all the while they said this s*** was free!;

Hi Ellen, Facer watch faces are charged if you do not have a yearly subscription with them, if you are a premium member and pay the subscription you can download any of the premium watches and all of the free watches.
