Just tap the three modes selector to change.
It also has a second UTC time that you can inc or dec to have a second time.

I really like the idea of this watch but there doesn't seem to be any timezones for the US. Could you make a way to easily adjust the digital time or time zone?

@chatega: Does your watch have a "magnetic" compass? have you activated the location services? Have you calibrated the compass of the watch? On all my devices it works fine. Let me know
why on compass mode the north is always on the top.
