There is a couple of things you could try. Firstly, make sure that you have set up all the permissions to allow Facer to access your location. The other is to find and install in your watch the Open Weather App, turn off your watch, restart your phone, start the Open Weather App and make sure it has your correct location and finally restart your watch. The other thing to note is that Apple Watch complications only update every 15 minutes or so ( less frequently if your battery is low ) so you may need to wait a while for the weather data to sync. I hope some of that helps.
