This can happen sometimes with any of the complications. You could try restarting both your phone and watch and waiting a while for the complication to load. Note that Apple only updates these complications every 15mins or so and even less frequently if the watch battery is low. It can sometimes take a fair while for all the complications to load. If its still will not load then you can raise a service request via email: facer-support@little-labs.com
