I loved it when I worked. Worked for a week now it has stopped :( I reset phone watch refreshed complications still won’t work :(

Have you tried to remove the face and re-add it to your watch? I know there were some updates to the facer app for iOS. I would then email facer at facer-support@little-labs.com and let them know what is doing on. It could be a bug that they need to be aware of.
