Make sure you have location turned on in both the watch and phone it is paired with. Without that weather functions will not work. If you do have those on restart your watch. If that doesn't fix it then contact Facer Support and open a ticket with them. I have found there are some bugs in the newest update of the Facer Companion app in your watch.
