INSTRUCTIONS: - Tap the date area at 9 o'clock to change the theme color. - Arrow at the top points to the current time in 24 hour format. - Top subdial: the colored hand represents watch battery level. the white hand represents phone battery level. Pointing up is 100%. Empty is pointing down. Note that phone battery does not work with iphones. - Right subdial. Step counter. One rotation equals 1,000 steps. The number at the bottom of the subdial is the number of rotations today. So the number 6 equals 6000 steps so far today. - Bottom subdial: Heart rate. The range is from zero to 200 BPM, starting at the bottom. So if the arrow is pointing anywhere in the upper half of the dial, you are in a safe range. Note that not all watches support heart rate reading. For the lume lovers out there. This series is simply all about the glow.
