Would you be able to make a second one / different version with temperature in Celsius? Probably below the heart rate or above the date (between the battery and date) - even in a smaller font size? Would that be possible? Would appreciate it a lot. Thank you so much.

No problem, have a look at the one called big dashboard. I'm no expert, I only started doing this out of desperation to find a watch face I could actually read. The position of the numbers is hard to get because they change position as digits are added. Let me know how this one works for you.
