Mission Timer
The Mission Timer consists of a four-handed seconds hand that allows for a quick read of your pulse using the scale on the dial. By using this four-hand you only wait 14 seconds between pulse readings, eliminating the need for a chronograph. One of the hands is white and acts as the actual timekeeping seconds hand. I don't think it's accurate and I would NOT use it for testing your heart rate, so I've included a BPM complication as well.
You can change the theme colour by tapping 12 o'clock and launch the calendar app by tapping the date.
