UTC ONLY! Almost
This face is only for the hard core UTC or Amateur Ham Radio fan! And It's almost a UTC only display. At the top is begrudgingly a 12/24 hour display with am/pm that goes away in 24h mode. To it's left is the sunrise/sunset times in 12/24h and to it's right is the moon phases with proper text labels. In the middle is a LARGE UTC digital display with seconds. Below that is the current local weather conditions including temperature, humidity, wind direction and speed. At the bottom is the battery percentage with low battery warning. What ISN'T on this face is the date since UTC time and date do not match up with everyone's local time and date.

@Ed nurenberg: I had you in mind when I was making it. But I put it on my watch and liked the layout so I'm flipping everything around. It still looks the same but the UTC is small at the top and the regular 12/24 is in the middle. Plus it's going to have day, date. I ended up liking the style better than my WX Watcher face......But hey, accidents do happen for good. :)
