I have been using this watch face after purchasing it, but after the Galaxy Watch4 One UI 8 upgrade, it suddenly shows that the watch face is no longer supported. I do not understand why it has become unavailable.
Please take the necessary action so that I can continue using the watch face.
Since I paid for this watch face, if it cannot be used due to a system issue on Facerβs side, shouldnβt there be some form of compensation?
If it is impossible to restore access to the watch face I purchased, I would like to request an alternative solution, such as allowing me to use another watch face for free or providing other appropriate compensation.
