can't read anything on bottom disk with the seconds hand blocking the readout.

@suebellino: Sorry to hear that, but as of right now this problem most likely originates from the Facer itself.
I've already contacted Facer staff about the problem, but if you don't want to wait I suggest you to also contact them, first information about what device you are using when you encounter this problem and second: asking for a refund if you don't want to wait for a fix.
I just purchased this JC-TOP Air 2.0 and it does not show up on my watch. please fix..
