Hi Michael! Sorry for the late reply. On Wear OS 6, KM/MI is controlled by the unit settings on your watch, so please check your system settings and switch the distance units to miles there. Unfortunately, Wear OS 6 no longer allows me to add a separate interactive KM/MI switch directly to the watch face. I hope this helps!
