This watch face has many features that are weather optimized and has 8 complications that are totally user customizable. Please refer the feature graphic included.
Features:
Hourly Weather Display: At the bottom of the watch face, there is 2-hourly local weather updates display that shows the condition prevalent over the next 8 hours.
Three-Day Weather Forecast: At the top, the watch face displays three-day weather forecast that shows the anticipated conditions and the respective highs and lows for each day. Between 0000 hrs and 0700 hrs (times may vary depending on the location), the information may not update due to data delay from weather bureau. This is expected behavior.
Customizable Complications: There are 8 customizable complications slots. Four of them have been predefined (Watch Battery, Steps, Heart Rate, Sunrise/Sunset), but can be totally modified to the user requirement. The other four are totally user defined. The Wear OS has many premade complications on the watch as well as the Wear App that can be utilized in these customizable complication slots. These could be just links to apps such as Phone, Message, Gemini or it could be complications that provide actual information on screen such as the distance covered, the world time (cities around the world such as Tokyo, London, New York, etc.). The user also has a choice of complication downloads from Google Play Store such as the Complications Suite by amoledwatchfaces, the Wear OS Toolset Complications by GS Watchfaces, Heart Rate Complication, Health Services Complication and many others. You may Google to find complications for Wear OS. An example is for those boating, that require Tide information, you could get that from the Wear OS Toolset Complications by GS Watchfaces. The options are endless. Also, please refer the screenshots showing the use of different complications.
Interactive Apps: In addition to the complications, there are 3 interactive areas.
1. Tapping the logo brings up the system compass.
2. Tapping the three-day forecast takes you to more detailed weather and gives you Feels Like information, Sunrise/Sunset, Hourly weather data with chance of rain and temperature, 7 days forecast with conditions, highs and lows.
3. Tapping the date area gives access to the Calendar App for your planning
Other Information Displayed on Screen:
1. To the left of time, the Day in Year (DIY) & Week in Year (WIY) is displayed
2. Just above the time, shows current conditions, high/low temps & UV index (all in green)
3. Between the logo and the 3 days weather, it displays the Time zone ID, the time zone and the UTC

Great face. thanks a lot to make it ! Can i suggest to create another face with similar look but bigger text especially the one at the top, removing app shortcuts and centering a bit bigger 24h time display ?

@agastya: It is the same location that you have opted for. It cannot show anything different from what you have chosen. Also, as mentioned in my details on the features of the watch, please read the following.
