Steps to 10K Dial at '9' Heart rate at '12' Power reserve at '6' Date at '3' (light or dark option) Outer bezel switches from 24 hour to seconds by tapping the battery dial. ***PLEASE READ*** The 2nd time-zone (24-hour) is set by tapping to the left or right of the heart dial.
