@Mendy Ward: Hi Mendy. You have asked me about this before and I sent you the responce from Facer support. Here is there reply again in case you didn't recieve it.
Although the color picker is not available on the phone anymore, legacy users (ie, old Pixel watch, pre-Wear OS6) you can still change colors from the watch (we tested on our side):
long press the watch face on the watch
tap on the customize button under the watch face
tap on the cog icon to access the settings/customization menu for the watch face, same as before
You can share these steps with the user!
Also, please ask them to contact support if they still have questions, and we can offer further support.

Your description states that you can change the color options on the app so can you tell me how & where to do that please? It use to be an option but when they changed the app it appeared to have vanished but even after they changed the app I'm still seeing where you have made many designs that states to use the app so I just need some help here please! I'm non WearOS6 so I can't hold the screen to change colors so............
