I really believe you have some of the best designs on here! Your designs look better than probably 90% of everything I've looked at and tried on my watch. The only thing I could think of that would make them any better (and I'm sure it's just a "me" thing) is if in 12 hr time there was no leading zero before single digit hours or if it was at least just a dim place holder. I don't know if that could be added as a customization option as I've never seen it as an option on any other watch face. I've just seen either a dim zero or no zero. But, again, that's just my personal preference. Truly, your watch faces are works of art!
