The instructions and details below relate to non-WFF based watches.\n\nTap on the 3 o'clock position to \"flip the watch over\" to see the orrery on \"the back\". \n\nTap on the outer left edge to access the App Launcher for 3 seconds and tap the centre of the face to briefly display the user guide and to unlock the user controls for colour theme, watch glass, dial brightness including an alternate pure black dial.\n\nTo check your heart rate, start measuring your pulse, press the top of the face to start the chronograph and start counting heart beats.  When you get to 30 press the top of the face again to stop the second hand.
